一個(gè)或一組工人,在一個(gè)工作地或一臺機床上對一個(gè)或同時(shí)對幾個(gè)工件連續完成的那一部分工藝過(guò)程稱(chēng)為工序。劃分工序的依據是工作地點(diǎn)是否變化和工作過(guò)程是否連續。例如,在車(chē)床上加工一批軸,既可以對每一根軸連續地進(jìn)行粗加工和精加工,也可以先對整批軸進(jìn)行粗加工,然后再依次對它們進(jìn)行精加工。在第一種情形下,加工只包括一個(gè)工序;而在第二種情形下,由于加工過(guò)程的連續性中斷,雖然加工是在同一臺機床上進(jìn)行的,但卻成為兩個(gè)工序。
One or a group of workers, a process that completes one or more parts simultaneously on a job site or on a machine tool, is called a process. The process is based on whether the work place changes and whether the work process is continuous. For example, machining a batch of axles on a lathe can be processed and refined continuously for each shaft, and the whole batch of shafts can be processed first and then refined in turn. In the first case, the processing includes only one process; in the second case, the processing process is carried out on the same machine, but it is the two process, because the continuity of the process is interrupted.
工序是組成工藝過(guò)程的基本單元,也是生產(chǎn)計劃的基本單元。

在機械加工工序中,使工件在機床上或在夾具中占據某一正確位置并被夾緊的過(guò)程,稱(chēng)為裝夾。有時(shí),工件在機床上需經(jīng)過(guò)多次裝夾才能完成一個(gè)工序的工作內容。
In mechanical processing, the process of clamping a workpiece on a machine tool or in a fixture is called clamping. Sometimes, the workpiece needs to be repeatedly installed on the machine tool to complete the work content of a process.
安裝是指工件經(jīng)過(guò)一次裝夾后所完成的那部分工序內容。例如,在車(chē)床上加工軸,先從一端加工出部分表面,然后調頭再加工另一端,這時(shí)的工序內容就包括兩個(gè)安裝。
Installation refers to the part of the process after the workpiece is clamped. For example, machining the shaft on the lathe, first processing part of the surface from one end, then turning to the other end, the process content includes two installation.

采用轉位(或移位)夾具、回轉工作臺或在多軸機床上加工時(shí),工件在機床上一次裝夾后,要經(jīng)過(guò)若干個(gè)位置依次進(jìn)行加工,工件在機床上所占據的每一個(gè)位置上所完成的那一部分工序就稱(chēng)為工位。簡(jiǎn)單來(lái)說(shuō),工件相對于機床或刀具每占據一個(gè)加工位置所完成的那部分工序內容,稱(chēng)為工位。為了減少因多次裝夾而帶來(lái)的裝夾誤差和時(shí)間損失,常采用各種回轉工作臺、回轉夾具或移動(dòng)夾具,使工件在一次裝夾中,先后處于幾個(gè)不同的位置進(jìn)行加工。
When using a transposition (or displacement) fixture, a revolving worktable or a multi axis machine tool, the workpiece will be processed in a number of positions after a clip on the machine tool. The part of the workpiece in each position occupied by the machine tool is called a position. In simple terms, the workpiece is called a workstation relative to the part of the machine tool or tool that occupies a machining position. In order to reduce the clamping error and time loss caused by multiple clamping, a variety of rotary worktable, rotary fixture or movable fixture are often used to process the workpiece in a number of different positions.
